We want you to love your Lovisa pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, body jewelry, or hair accessories unless they are faulty.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached, keeping in mind our hygiene exclusions for pierced jewelry.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package and Post
Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off your package at any authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
